The opportunity. 

An exciting opportunity to join global powerhouse – Frasers Group. At a time of investment, growth and change we’re looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to lead and execute our internal engagement. The Internal Communications Coordinator’s role is to inform, excite and engage our people within the business.  

The responsibility.

The Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing our internal communications strategy. Efficiently coordinate with the Group’s PR team to ensure regular, timely and relevant flow of information throughout the organisation. Connect and work with our brand partners and agency Wiser on our company-wide mission. This position will play a vital role in driving the internal communications agenda across our business.

  • Work alongside our Group Communications Manager to devise and deliver an effective internal communications strategy
  • Manage the production and delivery of planned, creative and engaging content across all internal channels within the business
  • Manage the organisation of our communication platform - Slack
  • Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure there is an efficient flow of information across our facia’s and brands and that internal relationships are effectively maintained
  • Liaise and work alongside our brand partners We are Wiser to deliver a Frasers tone of voice and be the main gatekeeper of information from in-house to agency
  • Work closely with Group Communications Manager, PR Lead and PR Coordinator to ensure consistency across the entire department
  • Work alongside the People Leadership team to develop, refine, and launch a set of internal communications brand guidelines including group-wide tone of voice
  • You’ll be (alongside our Communications Manager) the main point of contact across the business and will deliver internal activations such as company newsletter, management webinars and corporate communications
  • Support the wider communications team when and if necessary, with PR

The person.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Internal Communications. 
  • Strong communication skills with excellent use of written English and attention to detail. 
  • Retail/industry knowledge. 
  • A broad understanding of the fashion industry. 
  • Experience of generating creative ideas, proactively pitching ideas and delivering results.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management, the ability to prioritise, be flexible and multitask.
  • A business-minded individual with an understanding of company branding, digital marketing, and communications.
  • An understanding or experience in social media platforms such as LinkedIn. 
  • A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • An individual with a fearless approach.
