Flourish Management is an Influencer and Experiential Marketing & PR Agency that works with influencers, brands, and social media stars to create exciting and innovative branded content to enable everyone to grow and flourish.
As a Talent assistant, you will be assisting on managing and growing our group of influencers and celebrities. Your role will help organise incoming enquiries for our talent as well as actively outreach for new opportunities. Reporting into the Talent Manager and Head of Talent, we need someone to join Flourish who has a hustler personality, loves working as a team and strives for the best. You must have amazing client rapport, great organisation and communication skills and be confident in working with influencers and celebrities on a daily basis.
Our Talent assistant will be an inspiring candidate who has a keen interest in the Influencer/Talent Management industry with a particular focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
The role will be focused on creating and establishing long term relationships with the Influencers we manage and our clients, ensuring a constant flow of new and exciting clients for the influencers to work with, as well as efficiently managing each influencers bespoke calendars ensuring great organisation and time management.

Influencer marketing is a rapidly growing sector in marketing and Flourish is looking for a candidate who will be committed to helping Flourish dominate that space. We are looking for someone who is committed to the long term success of the business and wants to grow with the company.
