We are looking for a passionate individual to join us as a PR, Social Media and Marketing Executive - working directly with our Creative Director and Head of Talent to build a social and marketing strategy to elevate the Flourish brand. If you’re a creative, proactive individual looking to start your career in marketing and build on your existing knowledge to develop your marketing skill set, this could be the role for you.

You will be responsible for formalizing and executing a social and marketing strategy, touching on all aspects of the marketing side of the business. This includes but is not exclusive to ownership of the Flourish socials such as Instagram and TikTok, innovating the aesthetic, tone of voice, copy and cadence of content. Building a consistent conversation with potential new clients, existing brands and new and existing talent on our LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook pages. You will be responsible for submitting Flourish campaigns for social awards. Additionally you will need to stay on top of social and industry events for FLourish to attend, sponsor or take part in.

Influencer marketing is a rapidly growing sector in marketing and Flourish is looking for a candidate who will be committed to helping Flourish dominate that space. We are looking for someone who is committed to the long term success of the business and wants to grow with the company.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Flourish social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
• Consistently building a social strategy for the Flourish brand
• Managing all the social media channels ensuring they are up to date and are ahead of the game, staying on trend
• Idea generation for how our socials inform our partnerships both brand side and talent side
• Assisting in ad hoc duties
• Assisting on shoot days and trips to capture social content
• Award submissions for Flourish campaigns & activations

Skills Required:

• A keen interest and knowledge in Influencer Marketing, Fashion and Beauty
• A highly creative and imaginative individual with a constant flow of fresh ideas
• A keen interest in social media and strategy
• Strong knowledge of Adobe creative suite
• Excellent Admin and organisational skills
• Industry knowledge preferred
• Collaborative skills to work closely with the Creative and Managing Directors
• Ability to multitask, think pro-actively & creatively
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Up to date with pop culture and entertainment

The Role:

• Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
• Competitive Salary Offered (depending on experience)
