Flourish Management is an Influencer and Experiential Marketing & PR Agency that works with influencers, brands, and social media stars to create exciting and innovative branded content to enable everyone to grow and flourish.

Our Senior Talent Manager will be an excited and inspiring candidate who has a keen interest in the Influencer/Talent Management industry with a particular focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

Our talent and clients are very important to us and considered an extension of our team, and this role will be heavily focused on nurturing and building on this to help expand the Flourish Family. As Senior Talent Manager, we want you to have fun exploring new and exciting ideas and opportunities that inspire our talent to evolve in their careers, while also being a friend and someone they can come to in moments of need. The role will also be focused on working closely with our amazing team of Talent Managers and Assistants to nurture and track their success, to work on their progression within the company and really help to grow a strong team with whom you love to work with every day.

We want an individual who has fun while hustling and adds to the positive vibes and daily gratitude that we currently practice within our team.

  • You are a driven, confident and positive individual who loves new challenges. These are the characteristics you are known for.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in influencer management.
  • Must have proven experience working agency side in B2B sales
  • Digital sales expert with strong persuasive skills and very results-driven.
  • Able to manage financial forecasting and budgets
  • Absolute team-player & roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Managing clients and building organic relationships are things you love to do. Proven experience in managing and leading a team and love nurturing juniors.
  • Opportunity and solutions focused.
  • Proactive in driving and developing new and existing relationships for influencers, including brands, TV networks and media outlets
  • Have great rapport with influencers
  • Can run a campaign from start to finish without assistance
  • Capable of up-selling and thinking out of the box
  • Experienced in contracting, negotiating and invoicing
  • Confident in team management, capable of tracking success and nurturing your team.
  • Up to date knowledge on all social platforms.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Talent Management
  • Knowledge and experience in Social Media and Social Media trends
  • Efficient telephone and email manner
  • Great at personal and professional relations - must be a people person

The Role

  • Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5:30 pm (with requirements to work during weekends or evenings during events/campaigns)
  • Competitive Salary Offered (depending on experience)

Influencer marketing is a rapidly growing sector in marketing and Flourish is looking for a candidate who will be committed to helping Flourish dominate that space. We are looking for someone who is committed to the long term success of the business and wants to grow with the company.
