Flipside PR are also looking for a Social Media & PR Assistant to assist across all beauty & lifestyle accounts and to create, schedule and manage social media.

The idea candidate will have had a minimum of 6 months to a year’s experience in a beauty and lifestyle PR agency/environment and the ability to work using your own initiative and across several accounts & projects is vital.

The role is London based. This is a great entry level position with the opportunity to progress to Account Executive level for the right candidate.

Professional experience & skills:

• Experience creating social media planners, scheduling and managing multiple accounts
• Building relationships with relevant influencers
• Brand collaborations & competitions
• Collating media coverage for clients reports
• Day to day saving of press cuttings for all clients and
• Assisting with coverage generation - e-blasts, pitching etc.
• Facilitate and support media requests
• Coordinate press coverage for social channels
• Manage client assets
• Taking part in team brainstorms
• Office management supporting across press office and events
• The ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure to deadlines
• A good eye for detail and creative writing
• Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of photoshop/mail chimp/Canva
• Confident communicator
• Creative and passionate about all thing’s beauty & lifestyle
• Team player with friendly, hardworking, and positive outlook
