As a Digital Designer in the International Team, you will be responsible for the design and build of digital assets, with a focus on email, working closely with the Design and CRM team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, well-organized designer, has good communication skills and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and build responsive emails, using templates for the international markets.
• Focus on country-specific websites to design other digital assets such as web banners. Demonstrating your design skills on our websites to support the Digital platform, ensuring quality of brand representation and our customer’s experience.
• Liaising effectively between the International and Design team members including Technical and Coding in London and Jersey.
• Overseeing production and completion of Design, basic coding and all other required steps throughout the system.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Knowledge of graphic and web design using Photoshop.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, front end coding desirable but training can be given.
• Good knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite with excellent digital design, graphic and typography skills.
• At least 1 years’ relevant experience.
• Excellent communications and interaction skills, including the ability to coordinate workflow between International markets and design teams.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ideally, with retail eCommerce experience.
• Consistently demonstrates initiative and is conscientious with strong organisational skills.
• Experience in retail eCommerce desirable.
• A strong portfolio showing examples of relevant work produced exhibiting strong design, creative, typography, colour and layout theory and application skills.
