The ideal candidate will have a proven minimum 2 year track record in marketing and media in luxury skincare. He/she should have excellent communication skills, a confident phone manner and be computer literate. They should enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment, have excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
This is a varied job role and requires both marketing and administration skills/knowledge:
Category Management
- Produce agreed presentations, flyers, adverts across category
- Develop and manage implementation of merchandising and POS
- Manage weekly sales/NPD launch overview and update of master documentation
- Distributor brand management
Key Account sales and marketing support
- Support area sales managers and Brand Ambassadors and attend meetings as required.
Social Media
- Social media – Facebook, twitter, Instagram
- Plan, agree and execute monthly strategy
PR
- Liaise with external PR company on new product launches and relevant editorial/features
- Agree/approve press releases
- Work closely with external agency on agreed strategy/campaigns etc
Product Queries/Customer Complaints
- Liaise with customer services and relevant departments on customer and product complaints
NPD
- Work closely with the Directors and NPD team on agreed specific new product launches including development, testing, pack design, artwork and launch.
