Revlon are looking for their next PR Star.... an experienced PR Assistant, to join the small successful In-house Communications Team and work across the Elizabeth Arden and Revlon Prestige Fragrance brands (including All Saints, Juicy Couture, Britney Spears).
This exciting role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Press Office as well as playing a key role in product launch events and identifying and building relationships with digital influencers in UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to securing coverage across digital and social platforms driving significant increases in volume and ranking
- Discover and develop relationships with social influencers to drive organic coverage across social platforms
- Building media relationships, with press and on on-line journalists
- Source and negotiate creative launch gifts to delight and achieve social media content
- Work closely with PR Manager in organising luxurious stand out events and owning key responsibilities of the process
- Provide integral support to the PR department, including managing press mailings and product requests efficiently and on time.
- Monitoring and saving down Revlon Prestige social coverage along with print and online coverage and report to the PR & Marketing teams
- Monitoring competitor social media activities and report to the PR & Marketing teams
Person specification:
- Excellent communication, social media and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of media and influencer contacts with some established relationships already formed
- Keen initiative to think on feet and suggest solutions to practical problems
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Motivated with a positive approach, always demonstrating a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office with at least 6-12 months work experience in an office environment
