ELEMIS is recruiting for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to support the Influencer Marketing Manager in developing and engaging the ELEMIS UK influencer community, with a focus on paid partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a career in Influencer Marketing. We are looking for a passionate skincare lover, who constantly consumes social content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and keeps on top of all the influencer-led trends. You are willing to learn and support the Social & PR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key influencers for paid partnerships.
- Respond to influencer and agent partnership inquiries.
- Liaise with agents & influencers on contracts and payments, ensuring communications are delivered promptly.
- Record spending in trackers and ensure all Influencer payments are on time.
- Support on creating briefs for influencer partnerships content.
- Supporting the fulfillment of influencers’ product requests and proactive seeding.
- Support the reporting requirements for the influencer team, including daily status updates, monthly and quarterly results, and campaign wrap-up reports
- Monitor influencer trends and competitor activities, sharing with the wider team.
- Assist the PR & Influencer team in influencer events and execution.
- Ensure frequent communications and information sharing with PR & Influencer team.
- Liaise with wider teams to achieve delivery of all planned activations and keep teams informed.
- Contribute to the overall UK Influencer Marketing Strategy.
- Support the Social team with growing the Skinsiders ambassador program by reviewing and accepting applications.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Work experience in PR/Influencer Marketing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UK influencer landscape.
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry.
