ELEMIS are recruiting for a Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager to support the development and engagement of ELEMIS’ UK influencer community. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with over 4 years’ experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the beauty space.

We are looking for a passionate skincare lover, who constantly consumes social content on TiKTok, Instagram and YouTube and keeps on top of all the influencer-led trends. You will take an analytical and strategic approach to your work, building best-in-class influencer campaigns from planning through to analysing, collaborating with creators on highly engaging social content that amplifies the ELEMIS brand.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Build relationships with a broad spectrum of influencers across verticals, tiers and platforms, who provide access to the ELEMIS target audience, engaging them via product seeding and/or treatment experiences with the goal of encouraging social content creation and delivering EMV
- Support the Head of Social Content with developing and executing the UK Influencer Approach for ELEMIS. Manage the Influencer Marketing Calendar, detailing activity across paid and organic efforts.
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns using expertise and analytics to recommend influencers. Build best-in-class briefing documents that inspire impactful, engaging social content production, ensuring all activity is in alignment with brand and influencer guidelines. Commission influencers directly or via agents, ensuring the partnership is contracted, briefed and content delivered in a timely manner, and in line with budgets.
- Support sales channels by strategizing and executing bespoke influencer campaigns to achieve their business objectives, particular emphasis on Ecommerce, QVC and Retail teams
- Run always-on programme with influencer affiliate network, ensuring performance is optimized
- Collaborate with the Communications team on creative mailings and events that will drive conversation for NPD and heroes
- Stay on top of influencer marketing trends, best practices, social platform changes and developments, anticipating how to keep Elemis ahead of the curve and share knowledge with the team and cross-functionally.
- Responsible for delivering regular reporting and analytics, with daily analysis of EMV results, implementing tactics to strengthen results on a reactive basis
- Keep track of competitor influencer activity and share with the UK team regularly.
- Process all influencer invoices, ensuring POs are raised in a timely manner and all spend accurately captured in line with budgets
Previous Experience and Knowledge:
- 4 years’+ experience
- Experience with Tribe Dynamics preferred
