The ideal candidate would have experience at Account Manager level in talent and brand PR and communications.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Working with the senior managers and directors on specific client campaigns, overseeing the team’s workload, effectively delegating tasks to senior executives, executives and assistants and creating deadlines for them on specific activity.
• Lead on campaign strategy and implementation writing pitch documents and conducting research in line with senior managers’ expectations
• Pitch for new business with senior managers and directors in line with company direction
• Manage senior executives, executives and assistants in all areas of their work including workloads and deadlines, and mentor on the current media agenda
• Be the ‘go-to’ for clients
• Lead regular brainstorms and present creative ideas for consideration
• Media relations including; leading on sell ins, taking reactive media calls, contribution to crisis management, managing media interviews, press days etc.
• Client/Talent relations including; daily liaison with clients, updating on coverage, responding and managing requests, lead client meetings, interviews, red carpet appearances and launches

Other basic press office responsibilities including writing client proposals, cred docs, press releases, reports etc.

Manage press days, photo shoots, transport.

You will occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends on specific pre-planned client activity
