DT CONSULTING is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join its fast growing team.

DT CONSULTING works with some of industry’s leading brands across beauty, lifestyle and luxury in the UK and Europe. Clients include rhode founded by Hailey Bieber, facialist Melanie Grant, Luxury lifestyle brand, Luminaire and Skin Design London founded by Fatma Shaeen.
Key Responsibilities
- Media outreach - pitching across print, digital, broadcast, trade and all relevant channels for all DT CONSULTING clients
- Secure strong coverage that combines elevated storytelling, product placement and social traction across all channels
- Ensure pro-active pitching, always-on and seasonal story ideas
- Drafting press releases invites and all written material
- Participate in creative thinking and brand development for all clients
- Bring creative ideas to elevate media mailers, events and agency approach
- Ideate and lead client strategies, spanning strategic thinking, creative concepts, budget management, new launch campaign storytelling and social partnerships
- Oversee and manage client events from start to finish including venue sourcing, suppliers, creative direction, Invites, post-event wrap reports
- Excellent relationships with key beauty editors, writers and assistants
- Daily coverage tracking and reporting for all clients
- Identify new contact database ( press and influencers ) to bring to DT CONSULTING
- Oversee and daily management of the junior team and beauty stock cupboard,
- Day-to-day point person for leading client roster alongside founder
- Confident using social/ media listening platforms such as Tribe, Cision etc
- Strong understanding of the influence landscape across all channels
- Identify and curate strong social castings for clients and events
- Present YOY analytics reports for all clients
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4 years experience
- Strong interest in the beauty, wellness, luxury and lifestyle industries
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Super organisation skills
- Media contacts across print, digital,broadcast and trade
- Experience junior team management
- Established relationships with influencers across all segmentation categories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task, executing with attention to detail and efficiency
- Creative thinker and willing to contribute to a fast paced growing team
