DT CONSULTING is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Influencer & Advocacy Manager to join its fast growing team.

Clients include rhode founded by Hailey Bieber, facialist Melanie Grant, Luxury lifestyle brand, Luminaire, Skin Design London founded by Fatma Shaeen, Limoz Logli and Realisation Par.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement for our clients.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, beauty bloggers, and advocates aligned with our clients’ brand values and target audience.
- Strong understanding of influence landscape local regional and global to create thorough social castings
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and compelling influencer campaigns and activations.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, deliverables ( when required)
- Awareness and knowledge of industry trends, influence landscape and emerging platforms,
- Grow and develop Tik Tok and meta strategies for clients.
- Manage influencer gifting and seeding programs to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Provide support for brand events, product launches and campaigns
- Contribute to strategic paid and organic content plans and creative ideas, building an understanding of clients and objectives across Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer initiatives with overall PR and marketing strategies.
- Support in maintaining individual client influencer lists, ensuring consistent core seeding to new and relevant profiles
- Support new business proposals alongside founder, sharing creative ideas and concepts to elevate influencer strategy in a compelling way
- Bring creative ideas to elevate media mailers, events and agency approach
- Analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
- Strong knowledge, understanding and a passion for social media and trends in the social media space
- Confident using social/ media listening platforms such as Tribe, Cision etc
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years industry experience
- Strong interest in the beauty, wellness, luxury and lifestyle industries
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Strong people and organisation skills, creative thinker, strategic, team player
- Established relationships with influencers across all segmentation categories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident leading client calls and strategy presentations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
