We have ambitious 3-year growth plans and are looking for a communications expert to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and passionate PR and Influencer expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing PR and influencer strategies that build brand awareness, generate positive media coverage, and drive product sales. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively communicate our brand's mission and values to a wide range of audiences, including media, influencers, and consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR and influencer marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers in the beauty and skincare industry.
• Support in planning and executing product launches, events, and campaigns to generate buzz and excitement around our brand and products.
• Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to secure media coverage in targeted outlets.
• Manage product seeding and mid and micro influencer gifting programs (including Shopify Collabs and ShopMyShelf) to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of PR and influencer marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product development, on all launches and ensure all pitching/events/ communications strategies are cohesive with brand voice.
• Track all media placements and contribute to all reporting and delivering ROI
• Track all PR related invoices to keep expenses on track and in budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Strong network of media contacts and influencer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
• Proven track record of successfully executing PR and influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and effective strategies that differentiate our brand from competitors.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare and beauty industry trends, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.
