DIARY directory supplies online industry information including news, dates and contacts to fashion, beauty and lifestyle press, PRs and related industries on a paid membership basis. We have a long-standing reputation of providing excellent customer service and information within the industry, and have many high profile industry clients.

We are looking for someone to join our small team, taking on responsibility for driving new business alongside one of the company directors. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with existing and potential new members, as well as within the wider industry.

New Business Membership Sales:

• Responding to incoming membership enquiries
• Developing new markets and spotting potential areas for growth
• Working to agreed sales targets 

Account Management:

• Providing refresher training via Zoom

Personal Attributes and Experience:

• Must have held a previous account manager level position within the creative industry / have 2+ years sales experience
• Personable and helpful – relationship building is key
• Self-motivating, organised and reliable - the position is fully-remote working
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Confident speaking with potential and existing clients via Zoom
