DIARY directory is a trade publication, news service and information resource for the fashion, beauty & lifestyle media industries – mainly press and PRs. We organise and collate huge amounts of data for the benefit of our subscribers and readers within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle media industries. Due to continued expansion in our subscriber base, we require an Administration & Data Entry Assistants to help manage our ever expanding information database.
The role:
- Assisting in the management and maintenance of a database of contact information
- Speaking to industry professionals (mainly brands, PRs & Marketing contacts) and understanding their data needs (ongoing support will be provided)
- Recognising editorial opportunities for our clients and readers
- Online research, including through social networking sites, to track down elusive editorial and listing leads
Requirements:
- An understanding of the importance of accurate and well recorded data
- Attention to detail
- Previous database experience preferential but not essential
- A confident, positive personality and a willing, ‘can do’ attitude!
This is a junior level role, but the successful candidate must be prepared to get on the phone and learn; developing relationships as a DIARY directory ambassador and maintaining our reputation within the industry. The right candidate will be nurtured and supported to help them work within our close-knit team and achieve results.
We are looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and with a good work ethic and positive attitude – as is essential for a small, busy company.
The successful candidate will be working under the Client Relationships Manager.
