We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to be based at our UK Head Office here in Leatherhead. We are looking for a customer service focused person, who is proactive and creative with superb communication and organisational skills.

The Digital Marketing Executive drives growth, engagement and consistency in Dermalogica’s UK and Ireland online presence. The position manages the B2C and B2B digital operations through a small team, including:

• Developing the marketing and promotional calendar for Dermalogica’s UK and Ireland eCommerce website to increase brand awareness, sales and subscribers, and maintenance of Dermalogica.co.uk and Dermalogica.ie.
• Leading the client support team for Dermalogica Connect, an online portal supporting Dermalogica stockists.
• Reviewing and managing the use of Dermalogica intellectual property online by authorized third parties, and by unauthorized users.

You will have a University degree, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing and/or Sales, and in managing a team. Ideally an understanding of the professional skin care industry would be beneficial, as well as GCSE English and Maths to a grade B or above. Basic understanding of HTML coding would be advantageous as well as knowledge of X-Cart and MailChimp.
