WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The Social Communications Associate Manager, UK & Irealand will support the Communications Senior Manager on the Influencer amplification and engagement strategy to grow and nurture the regional community + drive EMV.
This role will be based out of our Head Office in London
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Seek out and nurture the The Ordinary and NIOD communities across all major social platforms
- Execute brand tactics to continually increase EMV, engagement, traffic, considerations, and conversions
- Manage the micro, macro and major influencer communities, continually vetting contacts, fostering key relationships and growing databases
- Oversee the daily conversations amongst the community, outside of DECIEM’s owned channels, in both a proactive and reactive way
- Actively seek out and submit products and brands for local calendar event goodie bags and celebrity seeding via talent agencies
- Continually keep an eye on evolutions of platforms - responsible for highlighting, and sharing with relevant stakeholders, new social platforms of interest, including subcultures and forums
- Ensure communities receive coherent communication for new launches and campaigns
- Report externally to retail partners as part of trade marketing activity involving influencers
- Collate DECIEM’s social communications reports (both activity + secured content), informing relevant team members + external partners
- Inform in-app tactics for community growth, retention, virality, and engagement
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Advanced user of all major social media platforms, understanding capabilities, and evolutions with an understanding of the industry trends
- Solid organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented, and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral, and ability to work with all levels of staff and management
- Proven reporting experience and presenting results to key stakeholders
- Able to work collaboratively, cooperatively, and creatively
