An amazing opportunity to join the Influencer Marketing & PR team working across some of Coty’s growing, exciting Skincare portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our PR/Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager UK, skincare you will be a critical member of the team to create and drive advocacy for our Prestige skincare brands. At the beating heart of both traditional media relations as well as influencer / content creators across print, online and social, with a keen eye and attention towards measuring success and constantly taking learning forward.
Your main focus:
- Support the PR / IM / Comms Lead with driving the UK PR/ IM / Comms vision and agenda for the key Coty Luxury brands
- Manage and lead effective local event management, creating unforgettable brand activations and support IM lead in implementing immersive experiences with content control at the heart
- Have the vision to bring the brands high value ROI-driving awareness and to generate maximum coverage on relevant media channels.
- Ability to identify and map influencers to work on brand activations
- Support the team in executing influencer partnerships from beginning to end in line with strict brand guidelines.
The immediate team for this role currently consists of a Senior Lead, & a shared Assistant/Intern, but is part of the wider Media & Comms department within Coty UKI. You will work closely together with several other departments such as brand marketing, digital marketing, Global IM, media partnerships and ECommerce.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced PR/Influencer Assistant Marketing Manager you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- Have a creative, “go get” attitude and disruptive thinking!
- PR experience (agency / in-house) ideally with a background in Luxury / Beauty PR and IM
- The ability to work across 2-3 brands in a fast-paced environment
- A base media contact knowledge across print, online, digital and influencers / agents
- Eagerness/ability to forge strong working relationships with Global IM teams
- Strong insights and analytical skills with experience in using IM analytical platforms
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of working effectively in a team
- Enthusiasm, energy, tenacity, commitment, and a pro-active approach to work
