This is an amazing opportunity to join the IM & PR team as an Assistant Manager, working across some of Coty’s Premium + beauty brands. We are one of the world’s largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across colour cosmetics, fragrance and skincare.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our PR/Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager you will be a critical member of the team to create and drive advocacy for our Prestige+ beauty brands. At the beating heart of influencer and media relations across print, online and social, with a keen eye and attention towards measuring success and constantly taking learning forward.

Your main focus:

• Build and maintain influencer and media relations across print, online, social while identifying gaps: Focus on Assistant Editor level, freelancers, mid-tier influencers and agents
• Support the team in executing influencer partnerships from beginning to end in line with strict brand guidelines
• Ability to identify and map influencers to work on brand activations
• Track and monitor the Luxury brands performance with awareness and understanding of main KPI and drivers of ROI.
• Share regular reports across the teams using the external tracking platforms demonstrating success of initiatives and activations
• Have supportive visibility of the workload of the IM/PR assistant (interns) to ensure smooth running of press office

The immediate team for this role currently consists of a Lead, a manager & a shared Assistant/Intern, but is part of the wider Media & Comms department within Coty UKI. You will work closely together with several other departments such as brand marketing, digital marketing, Global IM, media partnerships and ECommerce.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced PR/Influencer Assistant Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Have excellent organization and prioritization skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Have PR experience (agency / in-house) ideally with a background in Luxury / Beauty PR and IM
• Have the ability to work across multiple brands / campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Have a base media contact knowledge across print, online, digital and influencers / agents
• Have experience of working effectively in a team
• Have the enthusiasm, energy, tenacity, commitment, and a pro-active approach to work
