Job Purpose

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who has an extremely creative outlook and vision to grow the Cosmetips social media pages. You will support the marketing manager and work together on creating exciting launches and strategies. 

Your Job role: 

• You will organise and be responsible for the production and execution of all of the daily Cosmetips related social media content and output.  
• Copywriting for all social media posts and working with the Head of Marketing to develop the brand tone of voice across various platforms
• Social media community management including engaging with the Cosmetips community, ensuring that all queries are responded to by the Customer Care team in an appropriate and timely manner
• Supporting the Head of Marketing to both grow and maintain followers through key social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Ensuring Cosmetips has a plentiful stock of creative assets, working with the Head of Marketing to develop shoot briefs and concepts
• Working with content creators to produce assets, delivering them on time, on budget and on brand
• Keep track of competitor social media activity and share with the UK team regularly
• Assist with identifying influential existing advocates from our community in order for the Communications team to develop relationship with
• Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
• Responsible for delivering regular reporting and analytics
• Responsible for creating content for Mailchimp and sending our Cosmetips Newsletters.

Duties / Requirements

The Ideal candidate has:

• The Social Media Executive will have a passion for story-telling across multiple formats, through copy, imagery, video and design
• 2-3 years experience working in social media, advertising or marketing communications.
• An understanding of how to engage with and grow an audience. 
• Proven copywriting skills across social media and ecommerce is essential.
• Experience managing a creative process end-to-end, from receiving a brief, to innovating the creative idea, managing production and presenting back to the stakeholder.
• Experience working with social media tools & an understanding of how to analyse content from a KPIs perspective.
• Hard-working approach, with great attention to detail and the ability to think clearly under pressure. Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
• A business-minded individual with strong understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing, and communications.
• Well-organised and efficient person with good time management and prioritisation skills..
• Can-do attitude, helping the team with tasks as required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• A top command of written and spoken English is essential

• Great communicator, both verbal and written
