This is an opportunity for an experienced candidate (min 5+ years) who has previous experience within a PR agency and managing a team.
To fill a role that is second in command and reports to the company director.
Joining a small and fast-paced environment with clients across hospitality, lifestyle, and events. The candidate should be a self-starter, enthusiastic across all opportunities and able to share previous case studies and success stories. To start ASAP.
Initially with 4 days in office and 1 day working from home.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Point of contact between the company director and the rest of the team
- Managing accounts and leading conversations on behalf of the director
- Creating processes within the company and supporting junior staff
- Leading planning and brainstorming meetings with the team (e.g. pitching, activations etc)
- Supporting with 1 to 1s
- Creating and executing communication plans with expected results
- Weekly planning with the team
- Ensuring deliverables are met with clients
- Drafting press releases and supporting with distribution (with key contacts)
- Creating reports for clients at the end of the month
- Supporting with new business pitches (e.g. meetings, proposals etc)
Candidates must have:
- Professionalism & experience
- Able to manage a team in a sufficient and professional way
- Previous examples of work and case studies
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Fast and competent on emails, writing etc.
- Good sense and understanding on the entertainment/influencer industries
- Interest in hospitality, travel & events
- Relationships/contacts with talent or influencers
- An interest in hospitality and travel
Salary is based on experience. Interviews will be in various stages which will include tasks and meet the team.
