Job Title: Junior Brand Manager, Fashion - Cinta The Label
Location: London, 3 days a week in office
Reports to: Brand Director / Founder
Overview
The Junior Brand Manager supports the day-to-day development and execution of the brand’s marketing, communications, and product storytelling. This role is ideal for a motivated, creative professional with a passion for fashion and an eye for detail who is ready to step up from an assistant or coordinator role into management.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Support
- Help shape and maintain the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Assist in planning seasonal campaigns and product launches, from mood-boarding through to post-launch reporting.
- Liaise with photographers, stylists, and content creators to ensure shoots and social assets align with brand guidelines. Marketing & PR
- Coordinate influencer and press gifting, ensuring timely send-outs and tracking of coverage.
- Maintain and grow a network of media, stylist, and buyer contacts, supporting senior team members with pitching and press placements.
- Contribute to email marketing and social content calendars, providing copy and creative ideas.
Product & Merchandising Input
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and sales data to help inform assortment planning and new product ideas.
- Support the e-commerce team with product page updates, launch schedules, and on-site storytelling.
Project & Team Collaboration
- Manage smaller projects or collaborations end-to-end with guidance from senior management.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and share insights at team meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Around 2–3 years’ experience in fashion, lifestyle
- Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Basic data analysis skills (Google Analytics, Shopify or similar) and confidence working with budgets.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
