The Role

Social & Marketing:

• Responsible for the management of all social media channels across on either Ciaté London, Skin Proud, Lottie London (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn. Twitch etc.) under the direction of the Head of Social & Community.
• Responsible for managing all social campaigns across key channels from idea to execution and reporting.
• Responsible for the development of social content calendar, including, season campaigns as well as always on-daily social media content.
• Supporting and contributing, at a strategic level, to the overarching marketing road-map and achieving all KPI’s set across each channel.  
• Responsible for managing key relationships with social platform reps to ensure we are on top of trends and emerging platforms.

Design & Content:

• Supporting in-house Design team with the creation of owned content, retailer assets and any other multimedia content.
• Responsible for the creation of all social media decks to be shared internally and externally.
• Responsible for content creator's strategy

Commercial:

• Research and implement new platforms and tools to drive digital innovation, meet business needs, improve efficiencies, reach new audiences/markets and measure success.
• Support sales team to maintain relationships with partners through coordinating periodic social campaigns

Reporting:

• Responsible for creating monthly competitor reporting to feed into social our strategy
• Responsible for all campaign round-ups and including insights and learnings.
• Support with the creation of the companywide social media and marketing reports.

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in social media
