Overview

• Together with the rest of marketing team, manages PR agencies for the local (UK) PR activations across Lottie London, Ciate London and Skin Proud, in addition to Global hub management of three regions and their respective in market agencies: US and Australia 
• Manages media relations and coverage for assigned markets (e.g. Ireland, Canada, UAE etc.)
• Works with the senior members of the team to deliver strategic thinking and campaign planning on a local and global basis, creating a holistic 360 vision that meets business requirements
• Stays ahead of competitor developments, identifies problems and or opportunities and is accountable for problem solving efforts
• Employs strategic thinking and project management skills to strengthen process and innovate our approach
• Communicates and works with internal senior stakeholders in wider departments and agency teams globally, to exchange critical information and identify opportunities 
• Budget management across campaign activity across Ciate London, Lottie London and Skin Proud

Local (UK)

• Works with the wider team to develop and deploy 360 brand / campaign strategies (amongst core SKUs and NPD) for Ciate London, Lottie London and Skin Proud, in addition to events, stunts, brand partnerships, CSR and corporate profiling
• Strives to deliver on agreed earned reach KPIs across press and influencers
• Plays a pivotal role in ensuring earned PR and influencer content is secured at scale, remains ahead of the curve and supports overall business goals
• Day-to-day management and development of junior team members (supported by senior team): PR Coordinator and intern
• Monitors the media landscape daily for brand and product placement opportunities as part of the News Hub function
• Daily project management of NPD launches and events/activations across Lottie London, Ciate London and Skin Proud, in addition to press office activity and VIP outreach including editorial calendar output (press releases, eblasts), mailers, weekly press appointments (in-the-air and on-the-ground)
• Daily media and earned influencer pitching 
• Manages and oversees pitching log updates
• Securing weekly press appointments across Lottie London, Ciate London and Skin Proud
• Manages and oversees weekly press and earned influencer send outs across Lottie London, Ciate London and Skin Proud supported by the junior team
• Manages the creation of all 3 x brand mailers, including ideation, creation and distribution with the support of the PR Coordinator, intern and wider design team, supported by the junior team
• Manages the creation of all 3 x brand press releases and e-blasts supported by the junior team
• Works with the PR Coordinator, managing monthly reporting and account administration including, but not limited to: daily media coverage log updates, WIPS, critical path, media lists, awards calendar across Lottie London, Ciate London and Skin Proud

Global (US, Australia)

• Day-to-day contact for regional PR agencies
• Manages the creation of global toolkits and assets outlining key campaign tactics and KPIs to be rolled out by agency teams in region 
• Works with global agencies to manage business reporting requests
• Sets KPIs and drives/monitors agencies to deliver results 

Global (in-house)

• Manages PR outreach to Ireland, UAE, Canada and other markets with the support of the junior team

Reporting lines

• Line Manager: Marketing Director 
• Direct reports: PR Coordinator and intern
• Outside of the PR and Social verticals, works with multiple stakeholders across the business including Marketing, NPD, E-commerce, Sales and Design

Team Management

• Supported by the senior team, lead, manage and develop junior members of the PR and influencer teams, creating motivational and inspiring environment to meet the demands of the business
• Act and be recognised as a role model and initiate, encourage and facilitate positive change and approach within team
