Summary

Brand Agency London, the home of Ciaté London, Lottie London and Skin Proud, are looking for a full time Public Relations Assistant to work across the three brands as part of the marketing department. This role would be suited to a hard-working, creative individual who has 1 year PR experience and is looking to gain insight and experience in the fast-paced global beauty PR industry.

The Role

• Assist with day-to-day management of media outreach and media database
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key media targets to ensure consistent conversation and conversion
• Assist with creation of pitches and e-blasts to generate coverage
• Manage send outs and launch mailers across brands and markets
• Manage tracking and saving of coverage and clippings across brands and markets
• Monitoring daily industry news for updates relevant to the team and business
• Manage awards calendar and awards entry process
• Implement the global PR strategy to increase brand awareness and storytelling
• Support on events, focus groups and product launches from conception to completion including all administration and supplier admin
• Support in managing external agency partners across brands and marketing including stock management, asset creation, material production etc
• Assist with creating the department monthly reporting including competitor reporting and trends
• Work within the wider marketing team on creative planning and strategy including brainstorms and insights
• Manage the press office inbox
• Manage office PR stock inventory and restocking when necessary

Profile

• Ciaté London, Lottie London and Skin Proud are looking for someone who can communicate well and work intuitively; the individual must be hands on and good at timekeeping
• A good knowledge of beauty industry in the UK, particularly beauty media (print, online and digital media) and the Gen Z beauty market
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• A passion for beauty and interest in the beauty and fashion industries
• A creative flair
