Main roles and responsibilities will include:

INFLUENCER

  • Manage and oversee influencer projects across the CGC client portfolio, using social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our clients’/prospects’ target audiences and trends
  • Ideate and manage influence campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads or sales as a starting point
  • Strategically advise both paid and organic content plans
  • Work alongside the client’s internal team to support and manage the influencer strategy. This may also include working alongside the Paid Media team when amplifying social campaigns.
  • Be confident working with and advising on affiliate marketing
  • Set and measure strong objectives and KPIS for social campaigns
  • Analyse the end of campaign performance, coming back to the objectives and KPIS and identify successes and areas for improvement
  • Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers to meet their set objectives.
  • Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place
  • Identify new influencer talent to bring to the CGC roster
  • Build responses to new business briefs, identifying areas for improvement and ideas for new activity and be able to present these in a compelling way
  • Assist CG COLLECTIVE where necessary on strategy for CGC Talent

SOCIAL

  • Work alongside clients social team to develop, present and implement social media strategy across specific brand account
  • Social media planning and strategy – integrated to the marketing calendar
  • Grow and develop Instagram accounts through creative strategies and community management
  • Grow and develop Tik Tok strategy across relevant clients.
  • Platform Reach Audit Metrix - Compile monthly in-depth reports on social analytics and results for respective brand accounts.
  • Work with the PR team to pull together digital strategies for new business as well as seasonal briefs for existing client’s social assets. Work with the production, studio and content teams to ensure these are executed to brief and delivered on deadline.
  • Social commerce and positioning
  • Asset creation, deliver very simple still typography posts or stories.
  • Work with the wider CGC team on influencer content briefs and creation.
  • Advise on social media best practices and offer guidance and recommendations to share with wider internal team
  • Manage Editorial calendar, workflow and deadlines
  • Ideas about how to maximise our potential through the creation of content
  • Convey brand’s philosophy, tone of voice and positioning
  • Assist with producing copy for brand partner projects and campaigns
  • Manage social media content calendars for CGC brands and ensure alignment with key brand and industry moments)
  • Competent with social media reporting and analytics and can deliver detailed insights to CGC clients)
  • Proficient copywriting skills and can craft and shape a brand narrative for social
  • Up to date on the latest social media trends and platforms changes
  • Knowledge of paid social media marketing and how it connects with organic strategy
  • Experience in the luxury and lifestyles industries, with a passion for beauty and fashion. Has an awareness for how brands behave on social in these industries and can advise on best practices

The ideal candidate will be/have…

  • An extremely creative and motivated individual with a self-starter attitude. Excellent people skills, fast worker, creative, strategic and very reactive.
  • Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives
  • Experienced in running a social media account for a brand.
  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement that delivers sales and customer retention
  • Proven experience across social platforms: Instagram, You-Tube, Facebook & Tik Tok.
  • Experience in monitoring social analytics and reporting on them.
  • Confident in presenting to clients and the internal team.
  • Proficient in an Adobe Creative channel i.e Photoshop, InDesign or Canva.
  • Experience with video editing.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of CGC culture and overall business goals
  • Experience in the luxury and lifestyles industries, with a passion for beauty and wellness
