We are looking for a PR intern working with our in-house PR Manager in our London Head Office. This internship is for six months and starting date asap.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Day to day assistance and support to the PR Manager.
• Handle, fulfil and log all press enquiries and mail outs quickly and efficiently. 
• Daily review of media (magazines, newspapers, online, blogs) for coverage and articles of interest. 
• Manage all press cuttings in terms of collation and presentation. 
• Producing regular coverage reports in an appropriate and timely manner. 
• Managing the stock cupboard (products, bags, collateral…) and keeping the office tidy and organised. 
• Manage Caudalie’s Image Bank and download press tools and image libraries. 
• Day-to-day administrative duties. 
• Support the PR Manager with event planning and execution and organisation of press trips. 
• Manage and oversees databases.
• Draft of e-blasts and press releases when require.

Skills & Qualifications 

• Graduate with some experience in Beauty PR/Marketing.
• Passionate about beauty (particularly natural beauty) and an understanding of the UK media landscape. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail. 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis with great initiative is key.
• Good team-player, results-driven, proactive and highly motivated. 
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, ideally with some knowledge of Photoshop.
• Eager to learn and willingness to get ‘stuck-in’.
