Caudalie is seeking a PR Intern to support the in-house PR team at their head office in London. This 1-year internship program is perfect for someone looking to pursue a role in the beauty industry within the public relations and influencer marketing space.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a true passion for the beauty industry. Central London based office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting into Assistant PR Manager
• Harnessing the power of our influencer monitoring tools by tracking, saving and monitoring all coverage
• Daily review of media for coverage and articles of interest
• Ownership of press, celebrity and influencer database
• Assisting the Assistant PR Manager and Communications Director in day-to-day press requests, send outs and press and influencer outreach
• Compile ad-hoc and monthly coverage reports to be shared with global head office
• Coordinating mail out schedule and managing product stock levels to make sure we have ample stock of all products
• Create seasonal and trend-led press releases and e-blasts
• Support with and attend launch events and press trips
• Accurate and up-to-date filing system for newspapers and magazines
• Manage Caudalie’s Image Bank and download press tools and image libraries

Required Skills

• Educated to degree level
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Good level of creative writing skills highly desirable
• A keen and growing interesting in the beauty industry and specifically, consumer press and social media – ensuring knowledge of trends both current and future
• Ability to prioritise and manage time to deliver against deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Must possess excellent attention to detail
• Strong desire to learn and develop and the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders including influencers and journalists
• Excellent level of computer literacy in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

1 year internship, starting on 1st July 2024

Salary: £22,308 p.a.
