About the Role
Capsule is on a mission to transform beauty innovation into cultural authority. We’re looking for a dynamic Social & Community Manager to document and power the next stage of our growth - leading social storytelling and community building across a portfolio of some of the most exciting brands in beauty, haircare, skincare, and wellness.
This is a role for someone who doesn’t just scroll - but shapes culture online. Someone who knows how to spark conversations, create content people can’t wait to share, and build communities that feel like movements. You’ll sit at the heart of Capsule’s work, bringing brands to life across social channels and helping to drive impact, influence, and growth.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Vision
- Build bold, creative social strategies that cut through, fuel growth, and reflect each brand’s unique DNA.
- Own content calendars and channel planning with a proactive, trend-led mindset.
- Elevate brands through storytelling that champions beauty, self-care, and innovation.
Content & Creativity
- Produce stand-out photo, video, and written content that captures attention and inspires loyalty.
- Spotlight launches, rituals, and people-powered stories that shape brand culture.
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and ambassadors to push boundaries.
Community & Connection
- Turn followers into fans and advocates — managing daily conversations across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and beyond.
- Lead engaging digital activations (live Q&As, wellness drops, behind-the-scenes access).
- Create a space where communities feel supported, heard, and inspired.
Growth & Impact
- Track performance and translate data into creative insights and next steps.
- Spot and seize trends early, experimenting with formats and features that drive reach.
- Constantly push for measurable results: growth, engagement, and advocacy.
Collaboration & Momentum
- Work hand-in-hand with PR, influencer, and brand teams to supercharge campaigns.
- Support live activations, events, and partnerships that blur the line between online and IRL. Contribute ideas and energy that help Capsule stay ahead of culture.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative thinker with 2–4 years’ experience in social media/community roles (agency or brand-side).
- Obsessed with beauty, wellness, skincare, and self-care culture — and plugged into what’s next.
- A natural storyteller with strong copywriting skills and an eye for content that feels premium and shareable.
- Confident across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Data-savvy and growth-driven, balancing creativity with commercial impact.
- A true community-builder: empathetic, responsive, and always authentic in tone.
Location: Holborn, London
Hybrid: Office attendance expected Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
