Social & Community Executive 

Role Overview:

As a Social & Community Executive at capsule comms, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, engaging with influencers, and building brand communities for the exciting portfolio of brands we represent. Your role will involve content management, audience engagement, and executing campaigns that enhance visibility and strengthen brand affinity.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain LinkedIn and Instagram for capsule comms, ensuring timely updates on agency news, brand stories, and industry insights.
  • Oversee community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster meaningful interactions.
  • Repost and amplify influencer and user-generated content that features capsule comms and its brands.

Community Engagement & Growth:

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies tailored to the brands we represent, ensuring each brand connects with its ideal audience.
  • Identify and target relevant brand-aligned communities to drive awareness and build advocacy.
  • Plan and execute user-generated content (UGC) campaigns that encourage participation and enhance authenticity for each brand.
  • Work closely with content creators and influencers to brief and guide social content production, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Support the development of long-term strategies to extend campaign reach and engagement across social platforms.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in social media management, particularly LinkedIn & Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of community-building, UGC campaigns, and influencer engagement.
  • Ability to analyse audience insights and identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and creative approach.
  • Previous experience working with brands in a social media role is required
