capsule. is hiring an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive.

Location: Holborn, London

Hybrid - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday office attendance is expected.

 

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and accountable highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Account Executive, you will be a natural team player who takes full ownership of your role, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Your outgoing and personable nature, paired with a deep curiosity about the business, will help drive success across diverse accounts—from OTC Healthcare, skincare and haircare to other beauty categories. You’ll be expected to bring strong press and influencer contacts to the table, be solutions driven, and demonstrate leadership qualities that foster both personal growth and agency success. We are looking for somebody who can generate coverage for brands that is of value and drives brand awareness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Communication

  • Support Account Managers in maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients in the OTC healthcare and wellness sectors.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination of day-to-day account activity, including meeting follow-ups, status updates, and deadline tracking.
  • Develop a solid understanding of client objectives and help identify opportunities to add value through strategic PR and influencer activity.
  • Assist in preparing client materials, presentations, agendas, and call summaries.

Campaign Execution & Project Management

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate logistics for product launches, press mailers, sampling initiatives, and ambassador programs.
  • Help manage campaign timelines, monitor progress, and flag potential delays or issues to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and third parties to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

Media Relations, Influencer Outreach & Event Support

  • Research and build relationships with media and influencers in the wellness, consumer health, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Draft press releases, media alerts, product copy, and influencer briefs.
  • Pitch to media and influencers with confidence, securing coverage across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of media events, influencer activations, and experiential campaigns.

Monitoring, Reporting & Insights

  • Track media coverage and influencer content, compiling reports that highlight campaign success and key learnings.
  • Use media monitoring tools and social platforms to analyse performance and gather audience insights.
  • Contribute ideas to client reporting and post-campaign evaluations, helping to identify opportunities for optimisation.

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Work collaboratively across the agency to support Account Managers, Directors, and Assistants.
  • Take an active role in team brainstorms and creative sessions, contributing ideas that align with healthcare and wellness trends.
  • Provide mentorship and support to PR Assistants, sharing best practices and quality standards.

     

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A proactive, motivated self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
  • A confident and personable communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and media/influencers.
  • Brings a genuine interest in health, wellness, skincare, and haircare, with an understanding of industry trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Solutions-focused with a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Has some experience working with media and influencers, with a growing network of relevant contacts in wellness and lifestyle, or the ambition and skill to build them.
  • Comfortable speaking about OTC healthcare products and/or has prior experience in health and wellness communications — able to confidently bridge between technical product knowledge and creative campaign execution (e.g. seeding, events, activations).

     

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a full service communications, advertising, or PR agency.
    • Proven track record managing integrated campaigns and multi-channel projects in OTC Health/Wellness related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to handle day-to-day operational tasks.
