Founded by Ross Witherden in 2017, our Leadership team include senior management from ELC, Halpern and Ogilvy.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a strategic comms approach by leading client proposals and RTBs.
- Be insights-driven and communicate industry knowledge to the wider business to upskill junior team.
- Lead on a mixture of health/lifestyle and beauty accounts.
- Build key client relationships to become a trusted extension of their team.
- Create robust and best-in-class event activations from creative concept and ideation to production and execution.
- Build and maintain key media and influencer contacts, locking in a minimum of 2 x media meets per month with a focus on Beauty Directors and top-tier contacts.
- Coverage generation with a focus on feature placements and profiling opportunities.
- Lead on all client asset creation, briefing junior team members and showcasing BIC assets.
- Lead all finance budget trackers with accuracy and an eye for detail, reporting accurate results to the Finance Director, monitoring spend and ensuring expenses are being uploaded and are within budget.
- Lead on all contract negotiations with talent and industry professionals.
- Lead the team to deliver against set KPIs and ensure targets are met, pivoting plans and strategies when relevant.
- Help the company to promote high morale and communicate the company’s operating policies and business DNA by leading by example and guiding the team accordingly.
- Ensure excellent client communication is adopted by the team.
- Lead all team meetings and ensure key actions are delegated accordingly.
- Lead on all presentations including response to briefs (RTB), guiding the team on actions and support with presenting.
- Support on business documents including case studies, website management and business announcements (internal and external).
- Support on Performance Development Programme (PDP) process, hosting AE/AM sessions and reporting back to Director.
- Host weekly 1:1s with direct reports, delivering feedback where required. Motivating direct reports in setting and reviewing goals on a weekly basis.
- Networking within the industry, highlighting key events and activations to the team.
- Work closely with Director & Strategy Lead on identifying and implementing relevant processes across the business.
- Be a senior counsel within the business, providing advice and support to the team across day-to-day client and office management.
- Work with Director & Strategy Lead on recruitment efforts across the business and help to build and develop talent. This includes outreach, interviewing, contracting and onboarding new joiners.
- Manage the intern programme ensuring a steady stream of support throughout the business.
- Assist in the drafting of client contracts and negotiations.
- Manage leadership meetings including agendas, follow-up notes and actions.
- Generate new business leads and support on new business strategies brainstorms, and pitches.
- Lead weekly Director’s meetings to ensure capacity within the team is optimised.
- Work closely with Ross Witherden and Persephone Walton-Clark on overarching business strategy.
