We are looking for a dynamic, creatively driven individual with 3+ years’ experience in Social Media planning and influencer relations experience. The selected candidate will be involved in the set up and development of our new and exciting social and digital division.  Capsule Communications, a beauty, health, wellness and lifestyle PR agency located in Central London, is hiring a Digital Social Media Executive. We are a disruptive and results driven agency within a fun and dynamic office environment. Your main roles and responsibilities will include:  

• Assist account lead on any day-to-day tasks required. 
• Work alongside social team to develop, present and implement social media strategy alongside across multiple brand accounts as well as the internal Capsule Communications social media so that it is in line with the current brand strategies. 
• Manage and reply to all messages on the social media platforms – 1hr community management per day, per brand.
• Attend social seminars and training and present findings back to the team and brand partners. 
• Work alongside Creative Engagement Manager and other members of the PR team to align campaigns and objectives for their specific brands.
• Write copy for all social posts making sure the tone of voice is always on point. 
• Forward plan grid and Instagram story posts but also be reactive to make sure we’re highlighting hot topics. 
• Share and amplify any digital/social coverage to create a 360° approach. 
• Produce content when needed across wide scope of brands. 
• Grow and develop new Tik Tok accounts across relevant clients. 
• Run creative brainstorms with the junior PR team to ensure that our approach remains fresh and interesting at all times. 
• Compile mood boards and storyboards for any social shoots. 
• Work with the PR team to pull together digital strategies for new business as well as seasonal briefs for existing client’s social assets. Work with the production, studio and content teams to ensure these are executed to brief and delivered on deadline. 

About you:  An extremely creative and motivated individual with a self-starter attitude. Excellent people skills, fast worker and very reactive. Confident with photographic equipment and pulling together shoot concepts, mood boards and story boards. You should be #obsessed with all things social and beauty, as well as up to date with pop-culture trends. 

You will fit in to a creative, dynamic and highly energetic team of beauty lovers who always have their fingers on the pulse! 

Key Skills: 

• Experience in running a social media account for a brand. 
• Excellent photography and content creation skills. 
• Proven experience across social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok & YouTube 
• Confident in presenting to clients and the internal team. 
• Proficient in an Adobe Creative channel i.e Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator. 
• Experience with video editing. 
• A keen aesthetic.
