Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Industry Insights & Communication:
- Stay insights-driven and share relevant industry knowledge with the wider business.
- Account Support:
- Work across a mix of health/lifestyle and beauty accounts, contributing to their growth and success.
- Event Activation:
- Assist in planning and executing event activations, from creative concept and ideation to production, logistics, and administration.
- Media & Influencer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media and influencers, scheduling at least 4 media meetings per month, focusing on Beauty Writers and Assistants.
- Coverage & Content Placement:
- Drive and sustain coverage in daily, weekly, and monthly outlets, across news and beauty desks (print and online).
- Proactively generate coverage opportunities by leveraging insights, trends, and product placements.
- Press Office & Influencer Engagement:
- Oversee press office activities and manage influencer seeding initiatives, including creative and mass mail-outs.
- Pitching & Reporting:
- Develop and pitch creative angles to secure media coverage.
- Monitor and track all coverage, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior teams and clients.
- Stock Management:
- Manage stock inventory and replenishment in collaboration with clients, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Event & Campaign Logistics:
- Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of events and campaigns.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Create accurate, concise monthly reports and lead the weekly insights meeting with Executives and Assistants to identify key trends and angles.
- Asset Creation:
- Support the creation of client-facing assets, showcasing best-in-class (BIC) materials.
- Leadership & Morale:
- Lead by example to promote high team morale and uphold the company’s policies and values.
- Encourage the adoption of effective business processes across the team.
- Team Support:
- Support the PR and Comms Assistant and Operations and Office Assistant with office management and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
