Job Title: Account Assistant (Beauty and Wellness)
Location: Holborn, London
Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday office attendance is expected

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Account Assistant to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. You will play a key supporting role across multiple accounts - ranging from skincare and haircare, to broader beauty and wellness categories. As a naturally collaborative and enthusiastic individual, you’ll support the wider team in delivering impactful campaigns, maintaining media and influencer relations, and ensuring exceptional client service. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in beauty and wellness who is ready to grow their PR and communications career.

You’ll be expected to bring initiative, creativity, and developing media/influencer contacts, while showing eagerness to learn and confidence in supporting integrated campaigns that drive real brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Account Support:

• Support the day-to-day delivery of client work across beauty and wellness accounts
• Attend client meetings and calls, take notes, and manage follow-up actions
• Maintain client documents, coverage trackers, and work-in-progress reports
• Help respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner

Media & Influencer Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with press and influencer contacts
• Draft press releases, media alerts, and product copy
• Pitch stories and product placements to media under senior guidance
• Coordinate product send-outs, influencer mailers, and gifting campaigns
• Support press and influencer event planning and execution

Campaign Execution & Coordination:

• Assist in executing PR, influencer, and social media campaigns
• Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, digital) to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly
• Ensure campaign deadlines and deliverables are met
• Support with the coordination of events, from media breakfasts to product launches

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor media and influencer coverage, tracking performance against KPIs
• Compile and format coverage reports, media clippings, and campaign summaries
• Contribute to the development of post-campaign insights and recommendations

Ad Hoc Founder & Office Support

• Handle ad hoc tasks as required, including scheduling, coordination, and press send outs
• Ensure the office is organised and consistently client-ready

• Personable, confident, and eager to build relationships with media and influencers
• A detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn and contribute creatively to team brainstorms
• Brings developing media and influencer contacts or demonstrates the ability to build them

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Work Experience/internship in PR, communications, or a similar agency setting
• Experience working on beauty and or wellness
• Previous involvement in influencer campaigns or product launch events is a plus

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and PR tools
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to growing within the agency
