Job Title: Account Assistant
Location: Holborn, London
Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday office attendance expected

Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Account Assistant to support the day-to-day running of beauty, skincare, and wellness accounts. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to break into the communications industry and grow their skills in a supportive team environment. You will be an essential team player, helping with admin, media lists, sample coordination, and general support across PR and influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
• Maintain and update press lists, coverage trackers, and client reports
• Coordinate the sending of product samples and manage press office inventory

Media Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor media for client mentions and relevant industry coverage
• Compile daily coverage reports and assist with monthly and campaign reporting
• Help prepare client presentations and documents

Campaign Support:

• Support in organising events, influencer mailers, and PR activities
• Help with research tasks, sourcing materials, and preparing briefing documents
• Contribute ideas to team brainstorms and creative sessions

The Ideal Candidate:

• A positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multitask effectively in a busy environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• Some work or internship experience in PR, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with media databases a plus
• A team player ready to grow in a creative, fast-moving agency
