Callaly is on a mission to reinvent period-care and be the most forward-thinking company for people with periods. We believe that nobody should have to put up with products that don’t work or haven't improved in decades. Tampliners are the first real design innovation to tampons in 80 years. Since February 2018 we’ve sold more than 30,000 of them, been nominated for innovation awards, and were named one of Dezeen’s top 10 most forward-thinking designs for women.

We’re looking for Maternity Cover for our Head of Partnerships to catapult us to the next stage of our growth as one of IAB’s Top 50 DTC brands in the UK, putting our innovative tampliner on bathroom – and shop – shelves all around the world.

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for strategically implementing partnerships that meet company goals and objectives.
• Drive brand awareness, affinity and revenue through volume sales, having a measurable impact on the performance of the company.
• Leverage data and insights to identify new opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships.
• Network and maintain senior-level relationships in the consumer products, D2C, health and wellness, media and ‘femcare’ industries, for insight, information sharing and knowledge gathering.
• Work alongside the Creative Content Producer and closely with the marketing, customer experience and leadership teams to help meet business needs.
• Report into the CEO and co-founder.

Who you are:

• You have a record of past partnership achievements, including spearheading new strategic initiatives and managing senior-level external stakeholders.
• You’re able to create meaningful and long-lasting relationships with the people you partner with.
• You have advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You're adaptable and understand how to strategically pivot
• You're hyper-organised; excellent at balancing priorities and meeting deadlines
• You take a structured and analytical approach, working well on your own initiative and collaboratively to deliver with with wider team
• You’re ambitious and enjoy closing deals
• You’re sociable with a great sense of humour (we take our work seriously but not ourselves)
• You are personally motivated by our mission to reinvent period care and bust the period taboo

You’ll get bonus points for:

• Experience working at a start-up, preferably in D2C e-commerce, consumer goods, or with a subscription model.

Full-time or Part-time negotiable, maternity cover, London/Remotely
