Job Title: Communications Manager/ Communications Director
Location: London, WC2 (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a vibrant and motivated individual passionate about storytelling, media relationships, strategic and diverse thinking to join our fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team.

You’ll be at the heart of client management, media strategy, and campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with Founder teams, lead talented executives, and help shape standout communications across press, influencer and partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be a go-to contact for clients, managing projects, launches, and communication plans with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
• Build trusted relationships with media, influencers, and industry insiders to deliver smart, impactful coverage.
• Lead junior team members with purpose, guiding their growth while keeping workflow smooth and efficient.
• Support the leadership team on strategy, campaign planning, and new business opportunities.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table, from brand partnerships to cross-category activations that make people talk.
•  Stay across the industry pulse: spotting trends, knowing what’s next, and ensuring clients are always part of the conversation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 4 years’ experience minimum in communications, PR, or brand management, ideally within beauty or lifestyle.
• Excellent communicator, organised, creative, and confident managing clients and teams.
• Strong media relationships and a genuine love for the industry.
• Proactive, thoughtful and strategic thinking
• Collaborative and a team player
