Burson Marsteller has recently acquired the WBA account (Boots, Botanics, CYO, No7, Soltan, Seventeen, Natural Collection, YourGoodSkin etc) and is currently seeking passionate and hardworking Account Directors to join the team. Account Director overview:

• A passionate thought-leader and idea-launcher, responsible for implementing high profile integrated campaigns
• Supports the team in reaching KPI targets across beauty, health, wellbeing and lifestyle media outlets while maintaining senior editor relationships
• Digitally and socially savvy, leads creative thinking and the development of PR strategies and campaigns
• Manages employee engagement, guiding actions and behaviours of teams, whilst driving high-performance levels

The successful candidates must be highly organised, responsible and results-driven with an excellent network of contacts within the industry and a strong eye for detail. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
