The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic Beauty PR Assistant to support our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll help execute standout campaigns, build media relationships, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn from the best and make your mark in the beauty PR world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of beauty-focused PR campaigns
• Manage media lists, press coverage reports, and product send-outs
• Coordinate influencer and media gifting, ensuring flawless presentation and delivery
• Draft press materials including pitches, and product descriptions
• Monitor and compile press coverage and social media mentions
• Support event planning and attend industry events as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and brand partners
• Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and updating databases

   

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for beauty and the PR industry
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms
• Previous internship or work experience in PR, beauty, or communications is a plus
