The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty and wellness, highly organised, and confident leading client accounts while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of client accounts with a high level of autonomy
• Develop and help execute PR strategies and campaign plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry contacts
• Lead on media outreach, securing high-quality coverage across print, digital, and social platforms
• Oversee product send-outs, press events, and brand activations
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and coverage
• Support new business proposals and pitches
• Mentor and support junior team members (Account Executives/Assistants)

Key Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in PR, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
• Strong media contacts and proven track record of securing coverage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
• Experience in client handling and presenting
• Passion for beauty and wellness trends
