BBCo. is looking for a confident and proactive Freelancer to work across a growing portfolio of beauty and lifestyle brands. The role is working flexibly and remotely for an agreed number of days per month. Skills we're looking for

• A PR Star who loves pitching stories, building relationships and crafting the best plans to ensure stand-out results for clients
• Proactive nature, an ideas person with sound systems who is prepared to work smart for client results
• Good press contacts across beauty and shopping Editors - plus proactive and curious to seek new opportunities
• Creative and strong copywriting skills for press releases and pitching
• Extremely well-organised with a confident approach to managing workload and using their time well to progress work and generate exceptional results
• Fun to work with and excited to support a Founder and small team

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Weekly check-ins with the team to plan the week ahead
• Planning the pitches and press lists to achieve the goals set
• Media and influencer pitching for both beauty and lifestyle brands - for both product placement and sometimes trade/founder profile features
• Drafting press materials if required for key launches and pitches
• Managing press sample requests alongside the existing BBCo. team
• Brainstorming and implementing creative mailers and pitch ideas to ensure stand-out for our clients
• Tracking client coverage results and adjusting plans accordingly - inputting all results into client coverage charts
• Weekly updates so we can track progress and actions

• Freelance, permanent position
• Remote Working (Currently meeting monthly in a shared office space for team time - this can be flexible and is not compulsory)
• The role will report directly into the Founder/Director and will work alongside another Senior Account Executive
