Summary

We have a very exciting opening within our in-house PR division that sits under wider marketing department. We are looking for exceptional talents to join us and help bring Ciate London, Lottie London and Skin Proud to the next level within media landscape. This is a fundamental role within marketing department working closely with the Assistant PR Manager and PR Manager and being responsible for brand awareness across press.

Overview

• Plays a pivotal role in ensuring earned PR content is secured at scale, remains ahead of the curve, and supports overall business goals
• Responsible for achieving set earned media results/KPIs across all brands and all markets
• Responsible for relationship building and representation of the brands with UK press and media
• Manages and leads PR agencies across geo regions and global markets: US; Australia
• Together with the rest of PR team, runs UK/Canada/IRE/UAE press office and implements day-to-day pitching to achieve earned media coverage
• Works with the senior members of the team to deliver strategic thinking and campaign planning on a local and global basis, creating a holistic 360 vision that meets business requirements
• Works with the wider team to develop and deploy 360 brand / campaign strategies (amongst core SKUs and NPD), in addition to events, stunts, brand partnerships, CSR and corporate profiling
• Communicates and works with internal senior stakeholders in wider departments and agency teams globally, to exchange critical information and identify opportunities
• Stays ahead of competitor developments, identifies problems and or opportunities and is accountable for problem solving efforts
• Employs strategic thinking and project management skills to strengthen process and innovate our approach
• Day-to-day management and development of junior team members
• Manages the creation of all 3 x brand press releases and e-blasts supported by the junior team
• Works with the rest of PR team, managing monthly reporting and account administration including, but not limited to daily media coverage log updates, WIPS, critical path, media lists, awards calendar across Lottie London, Ciate London and Skin Proud

Profile:

• Ciaté London, Lottie London and Skin Proud are looking for someone who can communicate well and work intuitively; the individual must be hands on and good at timekeeping
• A good knowledge of beauty industry in the UK, particularly beauty media (print, online and digital media) and the Gen Z beauty market
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• A passion for beauty and interest in the beauty and fashion industries
• Strong beauty media contacts (print, online and digital media)
• A creative flair
