THE ROLE
We’re looking for a confident, curious and pro-active Senior Communications Executive with at least 3 years’ experience in Beauty PR. You’ll work across a portfolio of high-profile, influential beauty brands, helping to deliver standout press coverage, supporting best-in-class campaigns and playing a key role in the smooth running of a busy, fast-paced press office. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves media, thrives on relationships, spots trends before they peak and is ready to step up, take ownership and mentor junior team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and supporting select campaigns, events and projects
- Proactively pitching to press, influencers and VIPs
- Supporting and contributing to client presentations
- Attending press and influencer meetings and events
- Managing stock, gifting and press send-outs
- Monitoring and reporting on press, VIP and influencer coverage (online, social and print)
- Owning and maintaining master media, influencer and industry contact lists
- Tracking trends and producing insightful trend reports and conducting competitor analysis
- Generating creative ideas for mailers, launches and events
- Growing and nurturing influencer and industry networks
- Managing client diaries, weekly agendas and meeting minutes
- Supporting project budget management
- Leading, mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Attending weekly team meetings and contributing to agency-wide momentum
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years’ experience in PR, communications or a related field (beauty experience essential)
- Excellent written English — confident writing press releases, media alerts and reports
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
- Social media savvy, with a strong understanding of influencer culture
- Confident, proactive and commercially aware

LOCATION London (Covent Garden).
Office based 3 days, option to WFH 2 days
