Role: Blanket are looking for a hard-working, organised, fun and enthusiastic assistant to support the PR team on day to day running of our central London office and executing various PR strategies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things beauty that has a creative and innovative flair. The team assistant will work closely the communications assistants on sample management, mailers, administration, and coverage reporting. This position will be office based.
Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate all press requests on a daily basis, with the support from an intern & Communications Assistants
- Support on sample management including send-outs
- Monitor office supplies and samples when running low
- Assist in the execution of mailers & gifting alongside arranging local courier s
- Monitor and track VIP and influencer coverage both online, social and in print
- Monitor coverage on a daily basis and cross reference with media reports
- Work on monthly press report for final sign off by Communications Assistant
- Support the team by researching ideas for upcoming mailers, events and launches
- Support the PR team on events, and day-to-day running of the office
Required Education & Experience:
- Strong interest in lifestyle and beauty
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Well versed in the influencer industry and social media platforms
- Computer literate (MS Office, mainly Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
- Ability to lift and carry samples/boxes in order to manage all post and courier logistics
