Partnerships Manager
Immersed in the world of social via macro, highly engaged micro creators and VIP talent across the UK, we build strong, dynamic, and genuine social campaigns to support launches, awareness, and a brand’s overall paid talent strategy in the beauty space.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for talent/influencer casting side of communications campaigns, with good experience of driving forward social talent campaigns or transferable skills who is looking to learn and grow in the role. Must be a team player with a can-do attitude. 5 days per week (approx. 3/4 in the office)
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on all casting & talent partnerships campaigns (proposals, talent casting, negotiations, client management/reporting)
- New business outreach for casting opportunities
- Micro and macro creators relationship management plus outreach to industry relevant people to expand our current network
Role requirements:
- Must be a self-starter, organised, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude who is keen to develop a career
- Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry
- Passion for social media, in-depth understanding of all social platforms, relevant and emerging content creators, VIP relevant talent
- Min 3 years experience working in a relevant role (Talent Management, Casting or PR with a focus on influencer relations)
