An amazing opportunity to join the Bland Communications team working across food, drink, health and beauty accounts. We are looking for a talented, and passionate PR and influencer manager to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking and growing agency! The right candidate will be responsible for PR strategies, implementing influencer marketing with a strong focus on digital and social communications, events and KOL engagement to drive brand awareness and advocacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain excellent influencer and media relations across print, online and social channels to help meet client KPI’s
- Inject new ideas and hooks to help support and secure added coverage across a variety of clients and mediums
- Strong strategic thinking for influencer targeting and identification to partner with on brand third parties to result in successful collaborations
- Lead influencer campaigns, securing talent and creating reports/contracts to deliver fun and engaging content
- Manage the PR assistant/intern to ensure smooth running of the press office/administrative tasks
- Proactive in identifying potential new clients to add to the Bland portfolio – as a small agency all senior team members are responsible for outreaching/securing new client
YOU ARE A BLAND COMMUNICATIONS FIT
As an experienced PR/Influencer Marketing Manager you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and deadline-based environment. You follow trends and have a keen interest in new restaurant openings, new food/drink products and health and beauty launches:
- Strong PR experience (minimum 5 years agency / in-house) ideally with a background in food, drink, beauty, health and lifestyle comms
- Established media contacts across print, online, digital and influencers (agents)
- Experience in devising and implementing strategic plans (with senior support) which follow a logical roadmap/time line to achieve key campaign milestones
- Good attention to detail/written skills for presentations/press releases/client emails etc.
- Strong insights and analytical skills with experience using analytical platforms to compile client wrap up reports effectively
- Efficient and proactive reporting skills with global and internal teams
- In-depth knowledge, understanding and a passion for social media and trends in the digital space
- Always on the lookout for new ways to promote the agencies clients across events, collabs, media and social/influencer channels – we want you to bring the ideas to help our clients!
- Able to identify focusses for each client each week and manage your time accordingly
- Manage the intern/PR Assistant to ensure they help you stay on track to meet all client deadlines

THE ROLE
- Three days per week (two office-based/one from home), office hours 9am – 5.30pm
