JOB SUMMARY
The Account Executive will work across a portfolio of beauty brands and play a crucial role ensuring the effective day-to-day delivery of all PR programs.
The role will also support the Talent team working to support our roster of industry professionals who we proudly represent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle enquiries quickly and effectively and to a high-quality standard
- Organise send outs of client products promptly and correctly in response to requests
- Client product samples management
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors activities and media outlets
- Work collaboratively to help facilitate the smooth running of the day-to-day function of each account team, providing support as requested and required
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, media contacts and influencers
- Assist with weekly reports by inputting all content and data related to coverage
- Collaborate with internal team to contribute creative ideas and strategies for client campaigns
- Assist with client/company events
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and industry news
- Daily review of media for client coverage and articles of interest and prompt delivery of coverage
- Monitor, track and save client and company coverage
- Support your line managers with PR campaigns
- Stock control and management
- Manage meeting agendas and notes and share in a timely manner
- Brainstorm creative ideas and generate publicity strategies to enhance PR campaigns, going beyond the role of the press office
- Manage magazine and newspaper subscription and organisation
- Be an ongoing advocate for our brands and Black & White
- Grow and strength solid beauty industry network of contacts
- Play an active role in new business where possible
- Support the B&W social media team
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the health, beauty & wellness sector
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive, ambitious with a real passion for the beauty industry
- Deliver tasks to a high-quality standard within an agreed timeframe
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
