The Account Manager vacancy is a 10-month position, with an idea to extend depending on performance and company status. Our Account manager's main role will be running a selection of the client accounts along with our other Account Managers and being assisted by our showroom manager and interns. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Running own client accounts and delegating tasks to junior members of the team
• Being a main point of contract for clients
• Developing creative concepts and newsworthy stories that will result in press coverage
• Overall promotion of the messages and brand values of clients through the media wherever possible
• Responding to Journalists enquires
• Helping to grow client’s awareness by securing weekly, monthly and digital coverage and meeting weekly targets
• Securing product sponsorship for Black PR events 
• Writing client and product news press releases
• Assist plan and implement seasonal Press days and events for Black PR clients with the Black PR team
• Keeping clients updated with monthly and weekly press reports
• Creating newsletters on new products, trends or relevant brand news to send out to relevant key media
• To represent Black PR on the telephone and at meetings with current and potential clients
• Securing new business for Black PR
• Writing brand PR strategies and implementing them
• Managing PR events including catwalks, presentations, dinners and breakfasts

Skills / Experience:

• Established relationships with Journalists, Editors, Stylists and Influencers
• Good previous press, LFW and event experience
• At least 2 years' experience running client accounts
• At least 2 years' agency experience
